ACE signs up first sports member

Global sports piracy costs media companies $28 billion a year in lost revenue, so it’s no surprise that Qatar-based beIN SPORTS has become a member of the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment. 

It’s expected that sports leagues and media companies around the world will join the group in the coming months. 

ACE was formed by the MPAA in 2017 to bring major film studios, media companies and tech companies together to fight piracy.
