Should New Zealand follow Australia on Site Blocking?

The Review of the Copyright Act is slated to kick off again in 2025 and the merits of a site blocking regime are likely to be discussed. Currently, New Zealand has no such provisions in place to address piracy.

Australia, on the other hand, introduce site blocking in 2015 and the tool has been used by rightsholders to great success.
