Under the new provisions, ISPs have 15 days to comply with court orders to block sites.
The news comes as a recent study commissioned by the Asia Video Industry Association’s Coalition Against Piracy (CAP) revealed that more than half (53%) of online consumers use piracy streaming websites or torrent sites to access premium content and 43% use an illicit streaming device (ISD) to stream pirated content.
